Once you have linked your account we will fulfill the order by authorizing the titles from your order to your account.  

To access these files and officially add them to your Newzik account you will need to:

1. Go to newzik.com

2. Go to Log in at the top of the page and sign using the email you used to link your account/make the purchase

3. Once you are logged in to your account, select Inbox from the left hand column (when using a computer):

4. You will see a message that says "Songburd Music has sent you # pieces." 

5. Select the message and then choose the option to "Import in my library."

Your music will now appear under the Pieces tab.

If you have followed those steps, please reach to support@songburdmusic.com to confirm you have sent us the correct email and ID number when linking your account.
